Raising Happy and Healthy Kittens

We are a nonprofit organization focused on providing a safe place for kittens in need. As a small (there's only three of us!) foster based group, our kittens are raised directly by one of us. We pour love into these babes and work to give them the support they need to grow into happy, healthy cats.
If you're thinking about adopting, and can commit to provide a loving, forever home (cats can live for 20+ years), we encourage you to reach out! The Kitten Cupids would love to help you find your next furry family member.
You can visit our current adorable adoptables here: Petfinder
If you'd like to fill out an application, you can do so here: Adoption Inquiry
On this site you will also find information on kitten care basics to get you ready for bringing home your new kitten. We hope you find it helpful.
Thanks for adopting!!
Our artist, Lisa Cudley's potrait of Atticus. Special thanks to Lisa, who is kindly donating her time and expertise. More examples of her potraits can be found below.
He needs surgery. We’re making it happen.
Atticus is facing a serious medical issue—a suspected congenital liver deformity—and he needs surgery to have a chance at a healthy life. The cost is expected to be nearly $13,000, and we’re doing everything we can to get him there.
We’re raising funds in a way that honors the animals who shape our lives in quiet, extraordinary ways.
With a donation of $150 or more to Foster Kitten Rescue, you’ll receive an artist hand-painted, custom 5x7 watercolor portrait of a single pet—created with care to capture their spirit, their presence, the essence of who they are to you.
Each portrait is a deeply personal piece, made slowly and thoughtfully by hand.
1. Make a donation of $150 or more through any of the following methods:
2. Email adopt@fosterkitten.org with:
A clear, high-resolution photo of your dog or cat
A screenshot or receipt of your donation
The mailing address where you'd like your portrait sent
3. Our artist will create your custom 5×7 hand-painted watercolor portrait with the care and attention your beloved pet deserves.
Each portrait is created for one pet to ensure every painting receives the time, detail, and craftsmanship it deserves.
To ensure the best possible portrait:
Send a clear, high-resolution image
Natural lighting is best
Close-up photos that capture your pet’s face and expression work beautifully
If a custom portrait isn’t for you, donations of any size are deeply appreciated and go directly toward Atticus’ care.
A portrait of the one who holds your heart—while helping Atticus get the care he needs.
Foster Kitten Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3), and all donations are tax-deductible.

We run this little rescue out of our own pockets. That means when our bank accounts get low, we have to stop helping kitties.
If you're willing to support our efforts in any way, we would be so grateful.
